Need to reschedule? No problem, sessions can be moved or refunded with at least 24 hours’ notice. Let’s make this journey work for you!

Coaching is more focused on the present and future than some types of counselling. While we may explore your past, it’s not about seeing you as “broken” or in need of fixing. Instead, we’ll look at your thoughts, beliefs, and how they shape your responses to challenges. I also integrate elements from psychological practices like cognitive behavioural coaching and positive psychology to support your growth.

Although I am a doctor, in our coaching sessions I’ll be here solely as your coach, not for medical assessments or advice. If health concerns arise that affect your life, we can discuss them, but if I believe you’d benefit from speaking with a doctor or therapist, I’ll always guide you in that direction.

The majority of my sessions are done online via Zoom. However, I also offer in person sessions in Cambridge if you prefer this option.

Your coaching journey should feel right for you. If at any point you feel our sessions aren’t quite aligning with what you need, please let me know. We can explore adjustments to better support you. Growth takes time, and sometimes it’s about building trust and allowing changes to take shape.
That said, your comfort and progress matter most. If coaching no longer feels like the right fit, you always have the freedom to step away.
