A little message from me before you start πŸ’›

Before I became a transformational life coach, I was another burnt out GP. I was struggling with burnout, chronic pain, grief and pushing myself past my limits every day because I felt ashamed to admit that I couldn't keep going the way things were.

I lost all hope, and I felt so alone. It took me two whole years before I finally hit rock bottom, and recovering from that point was a long journey! I hope that this guide makes you feel less alone, and helps you find hope again that things can be better.
